Return / Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund, less shipping expenses, within the first 15 days of receiving your product. Please ensure your item is in brand new, unused condition. All original packaging and accessories must accompany your return. The original copy of your purchase invoice must be packed with the product.
Exchanges will be given for defective or damaged items, again, within 15 days of receiving your product.
Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number. Packages without a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the box will not be accepted and sent back. Mailing of return shipments is at the purchasers expense -we do not cover shipping charges for returned items. We highly suggest sending your package with insurance and a signature required so that your package is trackable, in the event it goes missing.
Confirmation of receipt will be email to you once your return has arrived back at the warehouse. Upon inspection of goods, we will issue a refund to you in the method of payment used for the original purchase.
After 15 days, we will not accept any returns. If you have purchased an item that comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, please review it and contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Please note that any discounted or clearance items are final sale.
Vaporizers: We strongly recommend that you research your vaporizer of choice prior to purchase to ensure that you are purchasing one that will meet your needs. You are always welcome to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to address any questions prior to purchase. We do not return used vaporizers unless they are damaged or defective as per our above policy.
Please address return shipments to:
